ABOUT US
Family Tradition
Our farm is called Carré Farms, we are based in the west of the island. Matthew’s Grandfather Lambert Carré started farming in 1978 where he established our sister farm Fosse Au Bois Farm, along with my uncle Paul. My Father joined the business shortly after in 1981 and I was born in 1988 where farming was instantly in my blood and in my early years my farming career begun.
